Miss Nala came to us as an adorable little kitten in 2023 and was quickly adopted. All was well until almost 2 yrs later, when the adopter returned her stating she wasn't using her litter box. Not sure why this supposed behavior just recently became a problem, but we do know they never consulted a vet to determine a cause and she has successfully been using her litter box since being back with us. As in so many cases of animals being returned to a shelter, we will never know what the cause really was, but what is always clear is a cat or dog who has known a home now finds themselves back where they started, wondering why? But, we're determined to get this sweet and beautiful girl into a new and better home! One that includes adults and older children only, as Nala loves her some attention and can be aggressive in seeking it - letting you know with head bumps that she would PLEASE like some pets - NOW! We hope you'll consider giving Nala that forever home she so deserves.
